Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min

1. First we prepare the filling:
- squeeze the cabbage (you can pre-rinse it, I don't do that), put it on a heated frying pan with vegetable oil (or cook in a slow cooker in the "Frying" mode);
- add salt and chopped nutmeg, mix.

2. Prepare the dough:
- break the eggs into a deep bowl, pour sour cream, mix;
- we introduce ordinary and whole-grain flour, as well as soda, salt;
- mix the dough with a mixer or whisk.

3. Lubricate the bowl of the slow cooker with vegetable oil, spread the dough, and on top of the dough - cabbage. Bake for 45 minutes using the "Baking" program. We check for readiness, if necessary, we leave it to bake for another 15 minutes.

4. The finished pie is carefully removed with a spatula, tilting the bowl of the multivark, cut in half and put one part on the second so that the filling is inside.

We serve the pie on the table and treat our loved ones.

Bon appetit!
