Homemade shawarma

Do you like shawarma? Then cook it at home, especially since it's easy! An amazing dish and most importantly - simple and delicious! But at the same time it is very satisfying. A very good option not only for a festive table, but also for suddenly arrived guests. Shawarma is just waiting to be cooked!

    Retreating from the edge of the pita bread, lay the lettuce leaves as shown in the photo.

    On top we put a finely chopped tomato.

    Put the cucumber grated on top.

    On top of the same Korean carrot.

    Then we put the Bulgarian pepper grated on a grater.

    Now we fold the pita bread sheet as shown in the photo! First from the top side and from the bottom! so that nothing falls out.
