Try to cook a very tasty Kyrgyz food, it is called a snack "Chuiskaya". It is not only full of vitamins, but it is also very nourishing and nutritious. In this dish there is such a component as funchosa, and in the East it is considered the basis of health and longevity. This dish is prepared very quickly and delicious. You don't need to have any special skills to cook this snack. I would recommend this recipe even to bachelors, because there is not a single phrase like: "take a clean pot."
So let's start preparing snacks.
First, cut the radish and sweet pepper (previously peeled from seeds and cores) into strips. Also finely chop the garlic. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices.
Peel a piece of mutton from the chaff and tendons and cut it into small pieces or cubes.
Then we take a frying pan and heat the oil in it. Put the meat in the pan, and stir fry for 5-6 minutes. Then add the onion and also, stirring, bring it to a state of transparency. After that, put the rest of the vegetables in the pan and simmer the snack for another 8-10 minutes, and then add garlic, ground black pepper and vinegar. If you want, you can also add other spices.
While the frying is being prepared, boil water in a saucepan and throw funchosa into it and cook for about 10 minutes. After that, we will combine it with toasting and the snack "Chuiskaya" is ready. You can serve it on the table.
