Prepare an original culinary recipe of Brazilian cuisine. Thrills are guaranteed! My family really like this dish, I hope you will like it too. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Mix the pieces with shrimp, pour soy sauce and wine and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes. Peel and rinse the onion with pepper. Tomatoes should be peeled from the skin. Cut the peppers and onions into half rings, and the tomatoes into cubes. We wash the soy sprouts, breaking them in parallel so that there are no very long parts. Next, we dry them, and fry the chicken with shrimp in a hot frying pan (do not touch the marinade!) in olive oil. When we notice that the chicken has turned white, add the marinade and continue to simmer for 5 minutes. In the second pan, fry the onion for 2 minutes, and then add the sprouts, tomatoes and pepper to it. Simmer the contents of the second pan for 5 minutes. We add shrimp and chicken to our vegetables. Stir and add salt, curry, pepper and sugar to taste, then mix again and send to simmer for 5 minutes.
The food is ready! Chicken with shrimp and sauce of spices and vegetables is ready for the table. The dish is perfectly combined with mashed potatoes, pasta and rice. We and Brazilian cuisine wish you a pleasant appetite!
