For a hearty breakfast for two, I took 4 eggs, 6 medium-sized tomatoes, 2 bell peppers. Cut the tomatoes and peppers finely. Usually tomatoes are cut large, in rings, but the peculiarity of my culinary recipe is precisely in finely chopped tomatoes. We put them in a frying pan and put them on low heat. Simmer until tomatoes turn into "tomato juice". Then our sauce can be considered ready. Next, break the eggs directly into the sauce, salt, add your favorite spices. Fry for a few minutes, sprinkle with grated cheese - and serve to the table! For the beauty and completeness of the color scheme, sprinkle all kinds of greens on top: parsley, dill. Delicious, juicy and very beautiful!! :)
You will definitely like it! Enjoy your meal!
