Among all canned fish, cod liver has been my favorite for many years. However, the inflated price tag and high fat content of the product do not allow you to buy it as often as you would like. Therefore, for me, snacks with cod liver are more an attribute of the holiday, and not an everyday menu. Like red caviar.
