A very tasty dish is obtained from chicken hearts cooked with potatoes in a slow cooker.
Let's start by preparing all the necessary products: chicken hearts need to be washed well, remove the fat at the base, and cut the hearts themselves in half lengthwise.
Potatoes, onions and carrots are cleaned and washed, onions are cut into small cubes, carrots are grated on a coarse grater, potatoes are cut into large pieces.
Turn on the slow cooker in frying mode, set the time to 15 minutes. Pour vegetable oil into a bowl, heat it for a minute and put the onion and carrot. Fry, stirring, for 5 minutes, then add salt and spices.
After 5 minutes, add chicken hearts to the onions and carrots and continue to fry everything together for another 5 minutes.
Then pour in the flour, mix and after another 2-3 minutes add sour cream. Before the end of frying, pour the hearts with vegetables with water and mix well.
Now it remains to add potatoes to the bowl to the hearts, put a bay leaf, mix and close the multivark with a lid. The steam outlet valve must be closed.
Turn on the slow cooker in the quenching mode, set the cooking time again for 15 minutes and wait for the ready signal.
As soon as the slow cooker signals, turn it off, lift the valve on the lid and let off steam, after which the lid can be lifted. Chicken hearts with potatoes are ready.
