Meatballs with gravy in a slow cooker

Prepare an addition to the side dish of minced meat. It's very tasty! Meatballs with sour cream sauce in a slow cooker are mega delicious. Suitable for lunch with a side dish of mashed potatoes or for dinner - with a vegetable salad.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 15 min

1. To begin with, boil the rice until it is half cooked. This can be done on the stove or in a slow cooker using the program "Rice" or "Grits", depending on the model of the slow cooker.
2. Mix minced meat with boiled rice, form balls, roll them in flour.
3. Lubricate the bowl of the slow cooker with vegetable oil, spread the meatballs.
4. In a separate container, mix sour cream with broth (water), add salt, Italian herbs.
5. Pour the resulting sauce over the meatballs and cook them for 40 minutes in the "Stewing" mode.

We serve meatballs on the table, pouring sour cream sauce in which they were stewed, as well as adding a favorite side dish.
