Mushrooms in sauce with onions

Fragrant and delicious mushroom gravy will perfectly complement any dish! Many people advise cooking mushroom gravy from porcini mushrooms, but I do not adhere to this rule and use the mushrooms that I currently have. I cook both fresh, and dried, and frozen, even pickled, and what, the need will force, you can alter any culinary recipe to the available products. Food should remain food, and not the subject of boasting, they say, I cooked from what. And you try to cook out of nothing, that's what you need to brag about.

Soak and boil dried mushrooms, filter the broth and set aside. Finely chop the mushrooms and fry in a frying pan in vegetable oil. Fry for 40 minutes, if you have fresh mushrooms or ice cream, and boiled and 15 minutes is enough. Add the chopped onion and fry until the onion is ready. In a separate frying pan, fry the flour until it is ruddy, dilute it with mushroom broth, if there is none – meat broth or just water. The sauce should be like thick sour cream.
Add mushrooms and onions to this frying pan, salt, put a couple of tablespoons of butter and sour cream. If you want it to work out for you lean mushroom gravy , add only vegetable oil to taste, and do not add cream and sour cream. If the sauce turns out to be runny, add a little more flour (1-2 tsp.).
Serve with cutlets, fried meat, potatoes. It's not bad for pasta at all. In general, it is necessary to try.
