If desired, you can add not only a mixture of peppers, but also other spices, such as paprika, curry, a mixture of herbs. The main thing is that the potatoes should be laid out in one layer on the baking sheet, and it can be kept in the oven for longer if you want a more ruddy result.

1. Peel the potatoes, wash them thoroughly, dry them, cut them with translucent plates using kitchen appliances, for example, on a combine harvester.

2. Peel the garlic, chop it with a knife. My dill, chop as finely as possible. Fry dill and garlic in vegetable oil.

3. Put the potatoes in a bowl, pour fragrant hot oil, salt and pepper to taste, cover with a lid and shake the bowl vigorously so that the oil is distributed as best as possible, then remove the lid and leave the potatoes for half an hour.

5. After the specified time, we spread the potatoes on a baking sheet previously lined with parchment. You need to spread it in one layer.

6. We send the baking sheet to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes, depending on the desired result.
