Potato pies in the oven

Delicious pies made of unusually delicious dough! Potato pies in the oven are especially appetizing, and also not as high-calorie as fried in a frying pan. Such a dish can be served as a dinner with fresh vegetables. Pies can be made larger or smaller, if desired.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 40 min

1. Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them arbitrarily, boil them until ready. Drain the broth, add butter, turn the potatoes into a tender homogeneous puree. Then we break an egg into a puree, pour flour, knead the dough.

2. Mushrooms are cut into thin plates, onions are cleaned, cut into small cubes. Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil until the released moisture completely evaporates, then add the onion and fry until browned, then salt and pepper to taste.

3. From potato dough, we form pies with prepared filling, spread on a greased baking sheet, send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 20-30 minutes until a golden brown crust forms.

Served warm with fresh vegetables or broth.

Bon appetit!
