But the dish seemed very interesting not only to me, but also to my family. The chicken turns out juicy, fragrant, tender and delicious...yes, and useful!     In a bowl or other container, put all the pieces of meat without bones - chicken fillet, salt and leave for 30 minutes.

    Meanwhile, peel the tangerines, divide into slices.

    Peel the garlic cloves and ginger root, chop very finely (ginger can be rubbed on a fine grater).

    And prepare the marinade: combine ginger with crushed garlic and soy sauce, add brandy, paprika and pepper to taste.

    Then fry the chicken fillet in a frying pan in olive oil on both sides until golden brown.

    Pour the fried shins with the resulting marinade and let them stand for 10 minutes. Then we put the chicken fillet together with tangerines in a baking dish and pour the remaining marinade that has not been absorbed. We put it on for 15-20 minutes. bake in a preheated 180 degree oven.
