Dilute yeast with sugar with warm water. Add flour. Stir. Leave the yeast on the table for half an hour.
Grate cheese in a bowl, add salt, warm water and sift flour. Put the yeast that has come up on the flour and knead the dough.
If the dough is very sticky, add a little more flour.
Form a bun from the dough, put it in a bowl and cover with a napkin.
20 minutes before baking, preheat the oven with a cauldron covered with a lid to the maximum temperature.
When the dough increases 2-2.5 times, gently knead it, holding it in your hands, and put it in a cauldron. Cover the cauldron with a lid, put it in the oven, reduce the temperature to 220 degrees and bake the bread for 40 minutes. Then remove the lid from the cauldron and bake the bread for another 10 minutes.
Put the finished bread on a board immediately, cover with a napkin and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
