Cottage cheese and rice casserole

Hearty casserole for breakfast with prunes. You can compose songs about my love for various casseroles. Despite this, there were no rice casseroles in my collection until recently. Such an omission needed to be corrected urgently. The casserole turned out to be delicious, slightly dry - the rice absorbed excess moisture well. You can serve it with chocolate or vanilla sauce or topping, with condensed milk, as well as with sour cream.
