Puff Pastry Jam Puffs

Sweet airy puff pastry with jam. Bake and enjoy! If you have puff pastry, I suggest baking very simple and quick puffs with jam. By the way, jam will suit absolutely anyone. I usually bake with plum or apricot.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 50 min

1. Roll out the dough and divide it into small rectangles.

2. Add starch to the jam, mix.

3. Put jam on each rectangle, fold the dough in half, make incisions on top. In principle, you can give any shape to the puff to your taste.

4. Cover the baking sheet with parchment, put the puffs on it.

5. Whisk the yolk with milk, lubricate the puffs with the resulting mixture.

6. Place the baking sheet in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. The puffs should be nicely browned.
