Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 20 min

1. Put minced meat on the bottom of the baking dish, level it with an even layer.

2. My eggplant, cut into thin circles, spread on top of the minced meat, lightly salt.

3. The zucchini is also washed, we remove the seeds, peel the skin (if the vegetable is young, it is not necessary to do this), cut into thin plates, spread on eggplant, salt.

4. Break the eggs into a bowl, shake with a fork, add sour cream, salt and mix.

5. The resulting filling is poured over the vegetables.

6. I wash the tomato, cut it into thin circles, put it in a mold. Cheese three on a coarse grater, sprinkle on top.

7. Cover the mold with foil and send it to the oven preheated to 170 degrees, bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and continue baking for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
