Arabic semolina cake on kefir with nuts and lemon syrup. The recipe is very easy to remember, since the main ingredients are measured by a glass. The dough is prepared easily and quickly, without using a mixer, baked in the oven perfectly. Basbusa is prepared not only on kefir, but also on natural unsweetened yogurt. You need to cut the basbusa hot and immediately soak it with syrup.
