Juicy, delicious, fragrant, healthy – an alternative to frying. Crispy, but at the same time very tender and juicy wings… How often do you want such a yummy, but fried – no-no. But in our version, everything is as you ordered, and it is harmless at the same time. Especially if we add that we will complement this beauty with healthy vegetables. Porridge, pasta, etc. are served as a side dish to turkey wings cooked in a sleeve. The recipe is just perfect, and not only for everyday, but also for a festive table. We serve it on a large platter, or in portions, you can even remove the meat.

    Turkey wing is delicious even when boiled. But what prevents us from making it even tastier! So we marinate it, salting it to begin with, and then sprinkling it with spices.

    You can immediately, or you can rub mustard and mayonnaise (or sour cream) into the wings a little later. Let them stand like this while the oven is gaining its 180-200 degrees, and you arrange everything for a side dish (15-20 minutes). You can marinate longer, even leave it overnight – to your taste.

    Cover the wings with a film, and continue. After all, you need to cook vegetables for a side dish.

    Divide the broccoli into medium-sized umbrellas.

    Celery does not need processing, except to rinse and divide the stems into short parts.

    If the oven is heated, it remains for us to put everything in the baking sleeve and, tying it on both sides, send it to the oven (preferably on a baking sheet or in a frying pan, as you like).

    Then everything depends on the oven. On average, 30-40-50 minutes may be enough. Do not forget to turn it over – it must be done a couple of times so that this beauty does not burn. We take out the contents of the sleeve, put it in a plate and flavor with sauce if desired. You can enjoy!

And more tips
Do not mince the vegetables on the side dish, otherwise they will fall apart when baking. It is better to do everything large, and then cut the pieces of the desired size in a plate.
The quantity and quality of their composition can be changed at your discretion.
If there is no olive oil, use vegetable oil.
To make the dish even healthier, replace mayonnaise with sour cream.
The sleeve for baking should be tied tightly. Then the air will not penetrate inside, and the contents will be prepared in their own juice.
If you want the wings to be even more crispy, cut the sleeve on top and cook for a few minutes without it. But do not overdo it!
