Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 30 min

Prepare the dough. Mix yeast, salt, and sugar into the flour. Mix well. In the middle, make a recess and pour kefir into it. Knead the dough. Kefir is better to add portions so that the dough does not turn out liquid. You should get an elastic mass that does not stick to your hands. Set aside.

While the dough is suitable, prepare the filling. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry finely chopped onion in it until golden brown. Add minced meat to the onion and mash it quickly, otherwise you will get a large cutlet. Fry for 3-5 minutes. Immediately add spices, garlic and canned tomatoes. Evenly place all this mass in a frying pan and simmer until all the moisture evaporates. Add pepper.

We tear off pieces the size of a tennis ball from the dough. Roll up the sausage. On a floured board, we roll out an oblong oval cake. In the center we put the filling. We reduce the longitudinal edges of the dough and pinch from the ends to the center. We do not pinch until the end. It is necessary that the middle be open. A pie with a hole in the center.

Put the plates of melted cheese on the filling in the hole.
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. We lay parchment paper on a baking sheet and crush it with flour. Put our culinary skill product on it and put it in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Remove the baking sheet and sprinkle with grated cheese on the top. Bake for another 10 minutes. That's it! The pies are ready.
