1. Pork is washed, put in a saucepan, pour water, send it to the fire, bring to a boil, cook for 5 minutes.

2. Drain the first broth, fill the meat with clean water, add bay leaf, pepper, peeled celery root, cook until the meat is ready, about 30 minutes from the moment of boiling.

3. Then we remove the pork, put it on a plate, let it cool down, cut it into portions. Celery, pepper peas and bay leaf are also extracted using a slotted spoon, or simply filter the broth through a sieve.

4. Peel onions and carrots, cut onions into small cubes, grate carrots. Fry the vegetables in vegetable oil.

5. Peel the potatoes, cut them into small cubes, put them in boiling broth. Cook the potatoes for 10 minutes.

4. We send the sauerkraut after the potatoes, cook for about 7 minutes, after which we spread the vegetable roast, salt and pepper to taste. We return the meat to the soup, let it boil for a couple more minutes and remove it from the heat.

We serve cabbage soup on the table garnished with herbs and seasoned with sour cream.
