Wash the mackerel, gut it and dissolve it into fillets without removing the upper skin. Prepare the marinade: mix the oil, garlic, paprika, salt and herbs of Provence. With the resulting marinade, smear the mackerel fillet and leave to marinate for 50 – 60 minutes.. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and transfer the mackerel there, laying it with the skin up. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Sprinkle the finished mackerel fillet with herbs if desired.
