Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 20 min

1. To prepare the dough, the butter should be slightly melted, for this we take it out of the refrigerator in advance. Beat the egg (preferably also at room temperature) with sugar and sift the flour together with baking powder. The dough, so as not to dry up, is wrapped in a film and put away in the cold, for about half an hour.
2. Mix all the ingredients for the filling, and whisk with a blender, or rub through a fine sieve.
3. Divide the dough into two equal parts. We put a sheet of baking paper on a baking sheet and rub one part of the dough on a coarse grater on it. Spread the curd filling and sprinkle with frozen berries.
Take the second part of the cooled dough, rub it on top of the filling.
4. Put the pie in the preheated oven to 180 degrees for half an hour. As soon as the pie is browned, you can get it.
Bon appetit!
