    Prepare all the necessary ingredients for cooking buckwheat soba noodles with chicken and vegetables. You can take any chicken fillet, I have a chicken breast and according to this recipe it turns out absolutely not dry. Chili can be taken in dried form or just a fresh pod.

    Pour water into a saucepan, put on medium heat and bring to a boil. Add a little salt and omit the whole noodles, like spaghetti, but if you don't like it so much, you can break it. After re-boiling, cook the noodles for about 5-7 minutes. It should be a little underdone. Flip into a colander and rinse in cold water to stop the cooking process. If the noodles were cooked in advance, lubricate it with vegetable oil and mix so that it does not stick together.

    Rinse the chicken fillet, dry it and cut it into large strips. Pour oil into a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Add the chicken to the pan and fry for 5-7 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and transfer the chicken to a cup.

    Peel the onion, rinse and cut into half rings. Return the pan to the fire after the chicken and put the chopped onion in it.

    Peel, wash and cut carrots into strips of medium length and thickness. Add the carrots to the pan with the onions. Stir and fry, stirring, for 5 minutes.

    Wash the bell pepper, remove the stalk with the seeds and cut into medium strips. Add pepper to the pan with fried vegetables and mix. Fry for 3 minutes.

    Return the fried chicken to the pan and stir.

    Wash and wipe the tomato, cut into large slices and add to the pan with vegetables and chicken. Pour water and cover, reduce the heat and cook for another 10 minutes.

    In a bowl, pour soy sauce, vegetable oil and add chili pepper, mix.
