Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 30 min

1. For the dough, beat the eggs with sugar, add the quenched soda, sour cream and condensed milk.
2. Sift the flour and add to the mixture.
3. Divide the dough into 3 equal parts, add cocoa in two parts.
4. Pour the dough into a greased mold and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. First bake a white cake, then a brown one (you can have two, or you can have a thick one at a time).
5. Lubricate the light cake with condensed milk, break the cakes with cocoa into pieces.
6. Whisk sour cream with sugar and add vanilla sugar. Put the cream in the refrigerator for at least half an hour so that it cools down.
7. Dip the pieces of brown cake into the cream and lay out a slide on a whole light cake. Fill the slide well with cream and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
8. Prepare the glaze. Add sugar, butter and cocoa to the milk. Cook until the glaze thickens.
9. Pour icing over the cake.
