Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h

Beat eggs with sugar until frothy. According to the recipe, you need a glass of sugar, but I put about 3/4, it turns out not so sweet. We add ryazhenka and sunflower oil there. Beat again with a mixer.
Combine flour with baking powder and sift.
Combine the dry and liquid ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Divide the dough into about 2 parts. Add cocoa to one of them.
Lubricate the mold with butter and sprinkle with flour, or use baking paper. If the mold is silicone, then we skip this moment.
We put the dough into the mold, alternating dark and light.
Preheat the oven to 185. Put the pie in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Initially, the recipe specified 50 minutes, but this is too much in my opinion. I had a 25 cm split mold with a hole in the middle.
And, of course, you can just check the readiness with a toothpick)
Initially, the recipe is not mine. Found on the Internet. But the pie turns out to have a wonderful structure, moderately sweet and beautiful. I turned out to be more marble than zebra, but it didn't affect the taste)
Have a nice tea party!
