Orange Mazurek with lemon

Bright original dessert with amazing citrus flavor. The presented mazurek has a very rich citrus taste and aroma, a wonderful color. It will look great on the Easter table! Mazurek is a traditional Easter pastry in Poland. I really wanted to try it. It turned out very tasty!

Chop the cold butter with a knife with sifted flour. And then quickly rub your hands into a homogeneous crumb.
Add the yolks and egg. Knead the dough with a spoon.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
If oranges have a thin skin, then boil them and lemon for 2 minutes. Cut into pieces, remove the seeds and grind to a homogeneous mass.
If the skin of oranges is thick, then it will give bitterness. Then you need to wipe off the zest, squeeze out the juice and mix everything. Boil 1 \ 3 cups of water and powder for 1 minute.
Dissolve jelly in 0.5 liters of hot water and mix with citrus fruits.
Spread the dough on a form lined with cooking paper (I have 2 forms: 13x18 and 16X20)
Pour beans on the dough and bake for 10 minutes at 180 * C. Then remove it and bake the cake to a golden crust.
Cool.
Fill with filling and let it freeze for -2 hours in the refrigerator.
