Dissolve yeast with 1 tablespoon of sugar in a small amount of water. Let rise to the cap (15 minutes).

Beat the eggs with the remaining sugar, add warm water or broth, garlic, salt. Pour in the sifted flour, knead the dough. At the end of the kneading, add vegetable oil. You should get an elastic dough.

Put the dough in a greased cup with vegetable oil and put it in a warm place for 1 hour.

Boil the eggs and grate them.

Chop the onion and fry in melted butter.
Mix eggs with onion and add salt to taste.
For aromatic oil, chop garlic, mix it with vegetable oil, add salt.

Take a small piece of dough, stretch it with your hands, lay out the filling, make a pie, shape it into a ball and put it in a greased form. Brush our pie with aromatic oil. Fill 2/3 of the form with pies and put it in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, put the pie on for 35-40 minutes until the top is browned.
Take out the pie, lubricate with oil with a brush.
