1. Separate the whites from the yolks, and beat the whites with a mixer for about 7 minutes. Add sour cream, sugar, condensed milk, and whisk for another 2 minutes. In another bowl, separately beat the yolks to a white mass. Sift the flour together with cocoa and baking powder into a large bowl. Then carefully combine the protein mass with the yolks and flour. Mix with light movements, preferably from the bottom up.
2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.. Grease the baking pan with oil. Pour the dough into it, put it in the oven and bake for about 1 hour.
3. After that, go to the cream. Beat softened butter with a mixer, add cocoa and beat until smooth (1 min.). Pour in the condensed milk and whisk for another 2 minutes .
4. Take the finished biscuit out of the oven and put the mold on a wet towel, and cover it dry on top. Then we take the cooled biscuit out of the mold and cut it into 3 cakes. We impregnate the cakes with rum or vodka.
5. Then we smear two cakes on top with cream. We put them on top of each other and cover them with a third cake. It is not necessary to smear the top cake with cream.
6. We make chocolate glaze, for this we divide it into pieces, put it in a fireproof dish and put it on a pan with boiling water. We coat the surface of the cake with melted chocolate.

We put the cake in the refrigerator for about 3 hours. You can put dishes with the remains of melted chocolate in the refrigerator. When it hardens, you need to scrape it off with a small knife and decorate the surface of the cake with chocolate chips.
Have a nice tea party!
