Put yeast in warm milk, add sugar and put in a warm place for 15 minutes. This is a sponge for our base - yeast dough, it should rise and only after that we will add the remaining ingredients: egg beaten with salt, vegetable oil, flour and mix everything well. As a result, we should get a not very steep dough. Cover the dough with a towel and put it in a warm place for 30 minutes. The dough should rise and increase in volume. In the meantime, we'll do the stuffing. Onions are cut into strips, mushrooms (champignons are well suited)also cut into thin slices. Raw potatoes should be cut into very thin slices, they should literally be translucent. My harvester copes with this task wonderfully. Three cheese on a fine grater. Lubricate the mold with oil and lightly dust with flour, you can cover it with baking paper. We put the dough rolled out thinly into the mold, so that there are sides. Lubricate the dough with sour cream and spread the mushrooms, a little salt, pepper. Mayonnaise can be used instead of sour cream. Next come the onions and potatoes, a little salt and smear with sour cream again. I usually repeat these layers twice. Sprinkle cheese on top and put it in a preheated oven. In my electric oven, a pie with potatoes and mushrooms will be baked at 155 degrees for 60 minutes. We check the readiness with the help of a wand. We take out the pie, cover it with a towel and let it stand for 15 minutes. When serving, sprinkle with herbs and serve with sour cream. This is quite a hearty meal and may well replace the second course. Bon appetit!
