Wash and dry the pork. Cut garlic into long strips and stuff pork with it from all sides. To prepare the marinade – mix mustard, salt and pepper and rub a piece of pork with marinade. Put it in the refrigerator to marinate for 60-90 minutes.
At the end of the marinating time, we take the pork out of the refrigerator, wrap it tightly in foil and send it to a preheated 180 degree oven for 1 hour. Then remove the foil, increase the temperature to 220 degrees and send it for another 10 minutes before browning. We cut the cooled pork and eat it.
