    Mix the ingredients and knead the elastic smooth dough with your hands, it should not stick to your hands. Wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator to rest for half an hour.

    In a bowl with minced chicken, add finely chopped onions, steamed in vegetable oil heated in a frying pan. Add the remaining chicken whites, salt and ground black pepper to taste. Mix the ingredients until smooth.

    Take the rested dough out of the refrigerator, divide it into parts and roll it out on a dusty work surface into a thin rectangular layer, cut it into squares, about six by six centimeters in size.

    Fasten the edges of the dough so that the dumplings turn out in the form of triangles.

    Pour water into a saucepan, add a pinch of salt, bring it to a boil. Chicken broth can be used instead of water. Dip the dumplings into boiling water. Gently mix them immediately with a slotted spoon so that they do not stick to the bottom of the pan. From the moment the water boils, cook the crepes for about 5 minutes, because the meat filling in them is already ready.

    Remove the dumplings from the water with a slotted spoon, put them in a deep dish, pour them with the hot broth in which they were cooked, serve to the table. Enjoy your meal!

Kreplach is a festive Jewish dish, which is a triangular–shaped dumplings. Their shape is not accidental, each corner of the dumpling symbolizes one of the three patriarchs: Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Since this is a festive religious dish, according to such beliefs, only chicken and beef are made for it, pork is not used, and only salt and ground black pepper are used as seasoning.
