Cut onion into cubes.
Wash the mushrooms, cut into small cubes.

Fry onion and mushrooms in vegetable oil in a frying pan. Season them with salt and pepper.

Stuff potatoes with mushrooms and onions, connect both halves, wrap bacon crosswise.
