The preparation of the roll consists of two stages.

1 STAGE - Custard dough

Put margarine in the milk, stirring, bring the milk to a boil.

Set aside, add all the flour with baking powder here. Mix it up. Cool slightly. Beat the eggs one by one with a mixer.

Spread a baking sheet with greased parchment.

Pour the dough on top, lay the sliced olives on top.

Put in a preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees.

When the finished cake cools down, turn it with olives down.

STAGE 2 - Filling
