    Now we are preparing the dough. Mix 350 grams of warm milk with the approaching sourdough.

    Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and salt.

    Pour 2 cups of sifted flour. We bring the dough to the consistency of thick sour cream and put it back in a warm place for 1 hour.

    Eggs are ground with the remaining sugar.

    Add melted margarine, vegetable oil and sour cream to the eggs. Mix and pour this mass into a bowl with the risen dough.

    Pour in the remaining pre-sifted flour. We knead the dough well – it should lag behind the hands. We put the dough for 1 hour in a warm place to rise.

    For the filling, finely chop the cabbage, pour milk level with the cabbage, salt and simmer on low heat until tender - if the cabbage is young, then 40 minutes will be enough.

    We throw the finished cabbage into a colander and let the milk drain. Transfer to a bowl and season with butter. That's it, the filling is ready.

    Spread the dough on the table with flour. We pinch off pieces of the same size from the dough, make tortillas out of them with our hands and put the filling in the middle.

    Pinch the edges, forming an oblong pie.

    Grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil, spread the pies down the seam and lubricate them with beaten egg.
