Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 hours

I saw a culinary recipe for zucchini stuffed with boiled veal in one of the TV programs, the name of which was not stored in my memory, but the recipe was remembered for a long time. I didn't think of writing it down right away and even almost forgot about it, but one day I wanted something very summery and very meaty at the same time and it suddenly popped up in my memory. I hurried to immediately put it in my notebook and prepare it. The pleasure of this meal will be enjoyed by those who care about their figure, but do not want to give up delicious, especially when there is a whole mountain of fresh zucchini on the balcony, and they are already pretty tired of fried. Zucchini stuffed with boiled veal, with crumbly buckwheat porridge and beet salad with sour cream and garlic are very tasty.

I start cooking by rolling minced veal in a meat grinder with the addition of a small amount of salt. If desired, spices are added to the minced meat, but then the food will become less dietary. Mix the minced meat with a tablespoon of low-fat sour cream. Zucchini cut lengthwise. After I peel them from the top layer of peel and seeds to make "boats". Then I put minced meat in the "boats". The next step is to sprinkle the stuffed zucchini with breadcrumbs for strength and beauty and put it in a steamer. The cooking time depends on the size of the zucchini, however, it is better not to take too large; models of an electric steamer or the size of a stainless steel steamer pan. It takes me at least an hour and a half to prepare this meal.
