I cook jam in an aerogrill in two ways – with sugar and without it. The first option is suitable as a delicious dessert. The second option is suitable for those who adhere to a low-calorie diet, but do not mind pampering themselves with a yummy.
Berries or fruits for such jam, you can use whatever you want. I like raspberry, banana or strawberry jam made without sugar the most.
The finished jam is closed in jars for storage.
So, the recipe is the first. Jam in an aerogrill without sugar.
Carefully washed berries or fruit cut into pieces are laid out in pre-sterilized jars. We cover the jars with lids, removing the rubber rings from them.
We cook berries and fruits in jars for about 20 minutes at a temperature of 260 degrees.
When the fruit or berries decrease in size, you need to open the jars and add the next portion.
Repeat this procedure until the jars are completely filled with jam.
At the end, the jars are taken out, rubber bands are inserted into the lids and the jars are closed.
The second recipe.
Sort the berries and wash them, and wash the fruits and cut them into pieces. After falling asleep with sugar, leave the mixture for six hours.
The resulting mixture, as in the first recipe, spread out in jars and cover with lids.
It is necessary to cook jam for 15 minutes at a temperature of 260 degrees. Then reduce the temperature to 120 and cook for another five minutes.
We close the finished jam with lids.
