Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 15 min

1. For the dough, put all the ingredients in a common bowl (or blender bowl) and mix well until smooth. Chop the nuts with a knife and at the end of the kneading put in the dough and mix. You can take any nuts. It is very tasty if they are pre-fried a little. Lubricate the bowl of the slow cooker with oil, pour the dough into the bowl, close it, set the Baking mode for 50-60 minutes (it depends on the model). At the end, check the readiness. If the cupcake is not ready yet, you can turn it over and bake it. Take out the cupcake and let it cool completely. As soon as it cools down a little, you can put it in the refrigerator to speed up.
2. For the cream, mix sour cream and sugar. Cut the cupcake into two cakes and soak with sour cream.
3. For the glaze, mix sugar and cocoa. Make sure there are no lumps. Add the milk and mix until smooth. Put on the stove and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add oil and stir. Cover the cupcake with icing.
Give her a little grip - and you can drink tea.
Have fun!
P.S. I would increase the amount of cream and glaze three times for sure, I really love them. Therefore, this moment is at your discretion. It's also very tasty when the sour cream is not too sweet - so it creates a taste contrast with the sweet dough, it's interesting. Therefore, I would increase the sour cream in the cream, and leave the sugar as it is.
