We begin the preparation of Borodinsky bread with the fact that we thoroughly boil 4 tablespoons of malt in 80 grams of boiling water, then cover with a lid and let it brew for about 5-7 minutes. After that, we put all the remaining ingredients listed above (except water) in the bread maker. Now we take water, add rich malt to it, mix the whole mass and add it to the bread maker. Mix the whole mass thoroughly again, close the bread maker and turn on the rye dough mode. During the entire cooking time, we monitor our future bread. After about 30-35 minutes, our homemade Borodino bread. Bon appetit!
