Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 hours

Such silky and beautiful desserts, which have a creamy taste with bright fruity notes, are popular in China. Cooking dessert is not difficult, but it tastes delicious and looks unusual. A good way to surprise your family and guests!

Fruits for dessert are suitable for any! But especially good will be oranges and tangerines, as well as ripe mango, pineapple, kiwi, bananas, peaches and apricots. The dessert will be very tasty with a melon or a very ripe pear. Fruits can be taken both fresh and frozen or canned. In general, any will do - we are guided in this matter by our own capabilities and taste.

If the fruits are fresh, they need to be washed in advance, dried, cut into small pieces. Citrus slices can be left whole. If frozen, they must be thawed in advance. If canned, then just drain the juice and cut the fruit into small pieces. Citrus fruits can be left in whole slices.

Pour the specified amount of water into a small saucepan and put it on fire, bring it to a boil. Pour sugar into a deep ceramic bowl, then add gelatin. mix it up. When the water boils, pour it into the sugar-gelatin mixture. Mix everything until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

Pour milk into the resulting mixture, add almond extract. We mix everything well again until it is homogeneous. Now pour the mixture into four bowls and leave for half an hour. The mixture will start to solidify, but it will not completely solidify yet. Next, the pieces of fruit are immersed in almost ready-made jelly (we leave part of the fruit to decorate the finished dessert). We put the jelly bowls in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Decorate the finished dessert with fruits left for this purpose and serve it to the table.

Bon appetit!
