Sweet and delicate dessert for evening fragrant tea. I really liked the recipe, it's delicious, fast, original and looks beautiful on the table.

First, defrost the raspberries, then use a blender to turn them into mashed potatoes. Add gelatin to the resulting mass, let it swell for 10-15 minutes, then add powdered sugar and squeezed lemon juice (it turns out about 3 tablespoons), but it all depends on the size of the lemon and its ripeness). Mix everything thoroughly and put it on the fire for heating. Do not boil!
When the mass heats up again, mix it well with a blender, pour the resulting into a silicone mold and put it to cool (you can put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours, I left it overnight). Then carefully put the resulting layer on a silicone mat or ceramic board and cut into the pieces you like, roll them in powdered sugar.
Have a nice tea party!
