A rare festive table does without aspic fish. This is always a welcome food for our household. I want to introduce you to a culinary recipe that my friends use for an hour.
Coarsely chop onions and carrots. Soak the gelatin in 150 ml of cold boiled water, leaving it to swell for an hour.
We will clean the fish - if it is with the head, do not remove it, and we will remove the gills. Put the fish in a saucepan with onions, carrots, bay leaf, cloves and pepper, and salt. Pour all these ingredients with a liter of water and bring it to a boil, cooking for half an hour.
Strain the hot broth and add gelatin to it, stirring until completely dissolved. Separate the fish from the bones. Pour the broth into the prepared molds, a layer of 3-4 mm and put it in the refrigerator (until completely solidified), for about 15-20 minutes.
Then we will put different figures of eggs and greens, peas and cranberries on the frozen jelly. And we will fill the figures with broth so that it only covers them. And this is so that they do not lose their shape. Put it back in the refrigerator for half an hour before solidification. Then lay out the fish and pour the broth.
Put in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours, until completely solidified. Turn the already prepared aspic over before serving and put it on a platter.
