Cabbage pelyustka with buryak for winter

Delicious crispy cabbage right to your table! Another option for cooking cabbage is a culinary recipe of Georgian cuisine, which I will describe to you now. Such cabbage with beets for the winter (or cabbage with buryak) can be rolled up in cans or simply left in some large container exposed in a cold place. The food is ideal as a snack, cooking salads (you can come up with them yourself) and various dishes (for example, borscht).
