Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min

First we prepare the syrup, for which we combine the water with sugar and salt, bring it to a boil and cook for 3-4 minutes. Then the syrup is cooled to about room temperature.

We put the washed apples whole in jars, fill them with syrup, close them tightly with lids. We remove the jars of apples in a cool place, at first the syrup needs to be added as soon as it is absorbed into the apples.

Store soaked apples in the cold.
