Pickled green tomatoes with garlic for winter

Do you want something unusual? Read and cook! It will be exclusive! I really like sauerkraut green tomatoes. I make them in three-liter cans. Of course, you can brew in oak barrels, as our ancestors did by the way, but in urban conditions it is simply impossible.

We take green tomatoes, but not large ones, otherwise they will not fit enough. Cut in the middle, but not to the end. So that they would be like an unopened oyster. And now let's make a filling for them. To do this, you will need garlic, carrots, peppers and herbs. To make my job easier, I just put everything through a meat grinder. But if I'm not in a hurry, then I cut carrots into strips with a knife, garlic into slices, and finely chop the greens, just like bitter pepper.
Now you need to stuff the vegetables. Everything, carefully put it in jars, pour a hundred grams of salt and fill with ordinary cold water. If you want them to get drunk sooner. then you can warm it. Cover with a nylon lid and put in a cold storage place.
