Pickled cherry plum

The dish will quickly fall in love and take its rightful place in the list of blanks! Originality, simplicity, taste I love pickled tomatoes, but sometimes I still get bored and, it seems to me, pickled cherry plum is a worthy replacement for them.

Pickled tomatoes or mushrooms will not surprise anyone, but pickled cherry plum will make them a good competition, and besides, it will please you and your family.
The recipe is very simple, so both professional housewives and beginners can cope with it.
First of all, we will wash the cherry plum well and leave it to dry for a while.
Next, pour boiling water over the jar, put the prepared spices, cherry plum and garlic into it and pour boiling water again, BUT this time we drain the water from the jar not into the sink, but into a saucepan (preferably enameled), this will be a "blank" for the marinade.
Add sugar and salt to the pan, bring to a boil and pour in the bite (if necessary, I personally like it sourer, so I add a little more). Pour the marinade into the jar and twist.
That's it, the pickled cherry plum is ready, it remains to give it some time to stand.
