Cook chicken eggs for 10-12 minutes, after which we lower them into cold water to cool. You can replace chicken eggs with quail eggs. Then we release them from the shell and prick them in several places so that the eggs better absorb the aromas of spices. Put the prepared eggs in a saucepan with water, adding vodka, onion, parsley root, granulated sugar, salt, spices and part of soy sauce. Cook them in this marinade for 10 minutes. Ready-made pickled eggs are cooled, cut into slices and placed with a fan on a dish covered with green lettuce leaves. Pour the remaining soy sauce over the snack. Bon appetit!
