Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients according to the list. This dessert will appeal even to those people, including children, who do not like cottage cheese at all. If this delicacy is prepared for children, then, of course, cottage cheese is better to use natural rustic, with a high percentage of fat content. For ladies who are watching their figure, you can take a low-fat product.
Step 2:
It is better to use well-ripe bananas so that they give more sweetness to the dessert. Then you can not add sugar at all or reduce its amount in the composition. If there is no allergy to honey, then this product can be replaced with sugar. Bananas are washed, cleaned, cut into small pieces, sent to the blender bowl.
Step 3:
Chop the bananas to a puree state, if it does not work, the banana remains in pieces, you need to add a little boiled cold water and turn the blender on again for a couple of minutes.
Step 4:
Add cottage cheese and cream to the banana, if it is not a dietary product, you can use sour cream with any percentage of fat content. If the cottage cheese is too dry or grainy, before adding it to the total mass, it is better to rub it through a sieve. To improve the taste, you can put a pinch of vanilla.
Step 5:
With a blender, whisk the ingredients until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Step 6:
To taste, add sugar or honey, any other sweetener. Once again, mix the ingredients with a blender. The curd mass should become a little lush and airy when whipped.
Step 7:
The taste of dessert can be varied by using various additives, for example, walnuts. In addition to a pleasant nutty taste, they will make the delicacy more useful. My daughter likes this dessert with the addition of shortbread cookies, only you need to use a crumbly type of sugar, you can use any other to taste. The remaining banana is cut into circles, from which we will make a layer of dessert and decoration for it.
Step 8:
We put the curd mass in bowls, first fill half of the dishes with cottage cheese, add a few pieces of bananas and cookies on top if desired, then the remaining curd mass. Decorate the dessert with chopped walnuts, cookie crumbs, banana slices and a mint leaf. Before serving, the dessert can be cooled in the refrigerator. Bon appetit!
