You can use the standard method and cut all the products for this salad into small cubes, or you can make a more interesting design, where all the components are cut into thin strips. This option even has its own name - salad "Straw".

Salad crackers can be prepared by yourself. They can be made from rye or white bread. It will turn out very tasty if you rub the crackers of garlic cloves and only then bake in the oven or warm up to a crisp in a dry frying pan.

For freshness, I recommend adding a fresh cucumber cut into cubes (you can replace it with a fresh juicy sweet and sour apple), tomato and / or bell pepper. It will turn out even more satisfying and tastier.

Be sure to wash the eggs before use, as even the seemingly clean shell may contain harmful bacteria. It is best to use food detergents and a brush.

It is better to prepare mayonnaise yourself. It will be tastier and healthier. See here interesting recipes for homemade mayonnaise.
Also, as a dressing, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.

How to buy canned corn correctly? Be sure to check the expiration date on the jar. If the container is glass, carefully consider the grains. They should be the same size and color, solid and spotless. The composition should not contain dyes, preservatives and flavor enhancers.
