Perfect cream for a perfect cake! . I cooked it only 2 times, but both times it turned out amazing!!! Cook it very quickly. The cream is suitable for shortbread cake.The cream turns out tender and delicious.

Preparing milk syrup.
Pour the milk into a saucepan, add 1 yolk. Mix it up. As soon as the yolk and milk begin to boil, add sugar. Also add vanilla sugar. Remove from heat and cool.
Syrup is ready!

Cream.
Beat the butter white, add brandy. Add milk syrup (pour in a thin stream). At the end, add cocoa and Charlotte cream is ready !!!
