Salad with oranges

Yummy for real fastidious! Simple, fast and very appetizing! Summer is just right! Recently, I have begun to feel an interest in various unusual culinary recipes. To be so exotic. For example, I served it to the guests, and they began to gasp and ask where I got such a miracle from. Not so long ago I ate a friend's salad with oranges, which I liked so much that I immediately borrowed the recipe from her.

Four oranges need to be washed very well. Then cut in half and carefully remove the pulp. Halves of oranges – there will be 8 pieces – will become "plates" for salad. And cut the pulp into cubes. Dice and cut all the sweet pepper. To enhance the effect, you can use a pepper of different colors.

Cut the champignons too, then fry in vegetable oil until a light crust is obtained (it will taste better). Then cool down.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. And now carefully mix everything, add salt, put mayonnaise. You can add a little mustard (for those who like).

Now beautifully put the salad in "plates" of orange peels, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
